yes, you are absolutely correct. some shareholders won't take up their entitlement (which destroys their wealth and) which allows the insiders to take up the shortfall; thus reducing the entry price of the insiders.
based on the last announcement, the gold project looks hopeless because i my old notes say they were targeting average grade of 18g/t. in fact, i am not even sure why i bought shares today(since i bought because the directors are buying)
