The ore would have been run a long time ago were it not for the sale of the previous plant. totally outside their contro;, though the new owner of the prior mill are happy for regal to mill ore there, they needed to wait for the sale etc to be finalised, the sale dragged on etc.
Ore is in circuit as we speak, up to the carbon extraction stage
Gold will be ready for the blast furnace in around 10 days.

Plough get to the nuts and bolts of it, 500,000 oz of gold, bugger all shares in the market, a low market cap and from the moment the gold is poured they hit producer status. How many small cap, gold companies have achieved this over the last 2 years.
