    Well announcements out now with all proposals approved.

    No new information in the announcements but I am upgrading my position from HOLD to BUY because they have lots of money in the bank and Glycerine refining operations in progress.

    Still need to wait for the quarterly announcements to determine the profitability and I suspect we will need an annonucement regarding Biodiesel refining before they are ready to fly.
