Yes...its good news for shareholders. Can you imagine the massive dilution it would have created if the deal went through?
To manage a massive project such as the refinery would have been beyond their means. CVI could very easily had folded if it attempted to manage this project.
By now focussing on smaller projects, CVI may now survive this financial crisis.
