Then it probably has the same or similar status to the recent arrangement between Ergon and CNX ... and that seemed to excite CNX shareholders. Also, I note CXY are pursuing the potential for commercial arrangements with Ergon using syngas from the pre production trial, as did CNX. We must assume Ergon is an astute company 8))
