Spiro - didn’t see your post and posted the same sentiment on the other thread. I agree. It’s a standard customer connection contract. They happen all the time.
PD – the CNX/Ergon arrangement was for CNX to supply power to Ergon. This announcement is the other way around. As to “potential off-take” and “discussions” they are just possibilities at this stage. I think (as with the CNX proposal) any electricity produced on site has more value from the perspective that it reduces costs of purchasing electricity in from Ergon.
