Maybe I'm not reading 3.1 of 5B correctly, but to my feable mind it says:
Amount available $15m
Amount USED $15m - should this not be "amount UNUSED"
The current wording suggests that the $15m has been exhausted.
To Mark's credit, he responded to my email directing me to 3.1 of 5B and I have responded to him saying that this is not at all clear and that the loan position should be clarified to the market prior to Mondays open.
Maybe this is "technically correct", but I don't think ANYBODY is reading it that way.
