Seeing that EMH's management are not capable of providing progress milestones or project schedule I did some digging on the EU/Czech sites supporting Just Transition Fund subsidies and distribution. Some pretty handy screenshots from the sites:

    https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/5205/5205624-e49029822215fef6dada3d724c750894.jpgTotal Project cost: 11,000,000,00 CZK = ~$772,815,000AUD ($772M AUD).
    CEZ/EMH Contribution: 9,750,000,000 = ~$685,000,000 ($685M AUD)/2 = EMH's part ~AUD$ 340M
Available Strategic Project Subsidy (JTF only, does not count other EU subsidies): 1,250,000,000 = ~$87,000,000 ($87M AUD)

Overall, with the upcoming consideration for the EU Strategic Project designation (if/when acquired) the dilution for the EMH holders could drop even further, let's say another 20-40% (as this subsidy will likely be bigger than JTF) leaving EMH with about $140-280M to raise through finance and share issue.

This is very doable, and whilst will be dilutive to current SH it shoul dbe generously offset with the prospect of advanced project maturity (SP should be somewhere around $2-4 range by then, as DFS and FID would be assumed to have been completed by that stage).

Anyhow, hope this is of use to some and apologies if this has already been found and posted. Though...looking at that schedule...it appears that it was somewhat optimistic, unless we are about to see a whole lot of surprise announcements (which I do not think we'll see for another ~6 months).
