Whilst this is not 100%, I am almost entirely certain that the upcoming DFS will work to define the 30ktpa case as has been previously communicated in the PFS update.
CEZ's slides also are reporting the 30ktpa. There may be a mention of future pathway to achieve 60ktpa but that would need its own expansion study once the mine is producing.
Its not a bad thing, as once the mine is producing it'll be able to complete that work without major SP dilution - from the profits.
