Regardless of the KC's inability to deliver on the communicated timelines...AGM (EMH's AGM gets hosted around NY?) date is well after the immediate milestones that have been communicated to the SHs.
Based on the above KC is really 'on the spot' to deliver something - otherwise the whole AGM will be consumed in discussions around lack of performance and not holding the reported milestones/timelines.
All we got to do now is just relax and enjoy the next 3-4 months to see if the expected news materialise. If they do - great, if they do not - reconsider your investment horizons and thesis.
Regardless of the KC's inability to deliver on the communicated...
