I agree, it would be too obvious insider trading and it would be hard to justify.
That said, I also didn't foresee the casual raise of 6M+ to cover the cost blowout of the DFS work which they forgot to indicate beforehand, despite the statement that the company would be fully funded to FID after the sellout to CEZ. So never say never when KC is involved.
