This is the extract from last quarterly report, re cash:
"The Company’s total cash is $ 8.9 million as at 30 June 2023. The Company has paid an initial cash call from Geomet in July 2023 of $5.65m and anticipates paying a further cash call of approximately the same amount in August 2023. The Company has entered into an agreement with EBRD in respect to a €6 million (approximately $9.8 million) placement, expected to complete in August 2023."
So the cash is there but after that second payment there should be about 3-4M left which could be grounds for CR in some people's books...
