Perhaps this is the doing of the EBRD? The reason why I think that it is the CEZ/Czech Gov is that they are interested in gathering the EU support for the project from the perspective of the EU grants and local support from the permitting and community consultation perspective, not exactly sure why they are publishing across all those countries.
Regardless, someone with fairly deep pockets is pumping support for the project across all of EU, literally. Again, this is sensational news for EMH.
P.s. Note most of these articles do not mention EMH, just something to be aware of. I am quite certain that EMH will be subject of a buyout in upcoming 6-9 months.
