Yeah totally agree, mining majors like Rio/BHP/Vale/Anglo-American/Glencore/S32/FMG could easily snap up the deposit without even thinking about it.
I do think that CEZ just going to buy EMH out via its subsidiary of Severoceske Doly (coal miner, in transition). Regardless, EMH is cheap as chips, and CEZ isn't going to let it go without some major benefit for themselves (experienced mining operator).
These next few months of waiting for DFS and FID are going to be painstakingly slow.
