ERBD saw a good opportunity and invested like everyone else here. Doesn't mean that they invested for the dividends. And I don't think they will mind tripling or quadrupling their investment through a buyout. Can you give me an indicative 51% of the majority that will oppose a buyout? Have a look at top 20 or 100 list and add up the ones that combined they have over 50% and you think they will oppose a $4.00 buyout offer which will be around a billion market cap for the 49% of the project.
