Hopefully not $47k like EUR's DFS did (to establish its inflated NPV), good luck to them defending that business case now. They do have a locked price for spod now with Obeikan so price is somewhat not relevant, however at the time and to this day EUR still uses NPV value out of that DFS.
It was really poor practice from DRA to use that pricing, as an independent study supplier they (DRA) should have known better, instead they were bullied to use spot pricing for Life of Mine (10years) unit price.
I think if EMH uses pricing in the $22-27k range that would be reasonable and reflects other juniors/peers pricing used in studies for the past 6-12 months.
