Well given they own 51% of the project personally i think its about fking time they started contributing.
yeah EMH has been constantly behind with the DFS, but what have CEZ done over the past few years to advance the project? Not a great deal more.
hopefully the fact that so much more is happening with them now means they have enough info to know this is for sure gonna be a winner for them (/us)
