Hehe the best would be if they issue EMH shareholders with CEZ shares (currently AUD .068c) to the 1:40 ratio (i.e. for every EMH share 40 CEZ shares). That way the shareholders are technically getting a 450% return on the investment, CEZ does a cashless transaction, and if the shareholders do not sell out you can get divvies from the rest of the CEZ group assets.
