Well, the mythical shareholder agreement, expired or not, and the ethical business CEZ must be (hint: post-communist country's post-communist quasi-monopoly, that in the course of its ethical business conduct, somehow had the independent idea to buy 51% of Geomet when Babis pushed the price down and wanted a slice).
Let's just say that CEZ can simply get a bigger share in Geomet by diluting EMH out when financing is to be sorted. I doubt KC will stand in the way of that, wink-wink and stuff.
