Why do people suddenly think the shareholder agreement would have an expiration date? that would just be fking stupid.
Any buyout from a partner in the shareholder agreement will be based on DFS price, not share price.
Why? Because that's what determines the value of our stake in the project. You don't determine the value of the project based on the SP of a minority holder.
I actually quite like the suggestion of being offered shares in CEZ instead.
