Decision making is not the EUs good point, thats for sure,and with VW being so slow to change and recognise what their competitors are doing ,they still see themselves as THE most important,I think everyone else got on with it while they postured in front of the mirror lol thinking they will come to us... of course it doesnt stop us supplying Lithium to them wherever they build the Gigafactory.
