I am glad this draws a line under things for now as it relates to VW. They have shown to be time wasters and whatever their plans are for refined lithium in Spain and Germany I dont think it will be enhancing their ESG credentials in the same way Cinovec would. This certainly clears the way for offtakes with VW's competitors which are presumably being negotiated in parallel. The CZ under some pressure now as it relates to their emobility strategy given he's pushed his chips into the middle on this and he was talking up his negotiations with VW. Thankfully he's got a massive wad of EU funds/tax breaks/subsidies soon to be burning a hole in his pocket so that he can shore up a big chunk of his GDP and potentially steal a march on other EU member states.
