Really nice news about new legislation allowing some side-stepping of local consultation requirements. This should solve issues like those 17 houses in Dukla preventing the whole country from developing the backbone project of the green economy for Czech Rep.
November will go pretty fast...next 4-6 weeks supposed to be 'company making' lets hope that they are indeed that.
