One can easily crash the SP into .3XX with like $30k of stock sale. This is ludicrous now. At this rate my prediction of going back to .4XX is going to happen well before January. This is really feeling like the bottom of the deflated and defeated lithium market, R.I.P. it was good whilst it lasted.
The CRMA legislation that is to be signed into the law in the Q124 really needs to dictate/enforce to the EU-based giga factories where their supply comes from because at this rate it will not be coming out of any eco-sensitive developments inside the EU.
Personally I am so appalled with EU - all talk and no bite, guttless bureaucrats have been talking about securing "local supply sources" and "supporting critical raw material projects within the EU", "creating strategic projects lists", "fast forwarding the permitting and finance process"...to date it has all been nothing but talk, whilst time is ticking. The CRMA and associated finance processes were announced as a competition to IRA of USA, it not only does not compare, it actually has not even started yet.
There is a good reason why investors do not touch EU-based mining projects, thought that this time it was different, well it appears that 'the tiger doesn't change its stripes...'. Anyhow let's wait and see but the sentiment is at all time low.
