Well without going into conspiracy theories, I do not think KC has proven himself as a fraudulent CEO/Chair by any means over the past 10+ years. Sure, a little inactive 'now-n-then', but I wouldn't think that he is one of those questionable characters that bend the shareholders over at the worst time possible and run with the cash.
The lithium market losing steam for the next few quarters and EMH will be in downtrend till when the price action picks up again.
Look at GLN: DFS for Part 1 and Part 2 of their project were released, their offtake agreement details with Glencore were released, finance has been secured for the Part 1, mine facilities are being built right now. Yet look at its SP: is still in the exact same spot as before these material announcements (finance, DFS, offtake).
If this was a year ago its SP would have gone x5 on those news, however it is not 2021-2022 anymore, and GLN's SP didn't even blip up.
Look at EMN as well, super bullish announcements and now it has been a few days post announcements and it is back to trading in the exact same SP as before the announcements.
EMH will not be any different, DFS will not result in the SP rise, nor finance news; maybe EMH may get a bit of action from an offtake (dependent how binding it is and what price is used) announcement.
Liquidity in the markets is super tight, market has turned bearish on the lithium industry and small capped juniors are being dumped right now (have anyone seen SP of SYA?, woah). Provided that EMH is not sold off for a some ridiculously low bid, I think 2024 is not going to be particularly good for EMH.
