I have a few questions. Can someone remind me for how much exactly did we sell the 51% of Geomet to CEZ? Secondly, as this money didn't get into EMH's coffers but into Geomet for the further development of the project, do we know how much of that money has been spent and how much is left? In the case of a buy-out, I understand that whatever money that we received for the 51% and hasn't been spent should come back into EMH's coffers in addition to whatever buy-out offer we receive for the remaining 49%.
And thirdly, EMH gets paid from CEZ on a monthly basis, and even though we received money for the 51% that went into Geomet and every expense in regards for the further development of Cinovec, including the DFS should be paid from that money,KC continues diluting the share holders. At the end, the more the dilution the less we will receive for a buy-out as share holders. Any reason for capital raising? What happened to all the money that we received for the sale of the 51%?
