EMH's investors got to see how and when those 'positive discussions' have any positive impact/change to the project. So far all the CRMA developments have been nothing but pointless fluff and the EU members using it as a personal risk mitigation strategy to avoid political humiliation (when the supplies are cut by China/Russia etc to say "Look, we were working on it! It is not our fault!").
Market's response to another bureaucratic process and a virtue-signaling EU law? Yawn. All talk, no actions - for 2 years now. At this rate they will still be talking in 2030 about it.
In CRMA documentation it is specifically called out that part of the legislation's primary outcomes is to increase private investment / investor interest in the CRMA-supported EU projects...what an insult! Could not be any further from the truth, so far their inaction and non-deliberation has put a big, red warning labels on those projects, and have driven the investor funds away from them.
Getting so tired of EUs pace of the 'green transformation'. EU - let the markets take care of themselves, enact simple and effective taxation mechanisms that apply to verified projects, don't reinvent the darn wheel. Take the IRA Act, review, modify and implement - simple.
