So, where's the CEO of this company? Shouldn't he be very visibly busy now to inform the investors about the state of the DFS? He must surely know if it's still due to arrive this quarter - as he repeatedly reassured the markets about that - or not, and clarify this to everyone and the reasons for any possible delay.
Now, if it does arrive between Christmas and New Year, that's both stupid and nothing short of a miracle. I would also keep my suspicions about intentionally engineering it that way to maintain the low share prices (not to our benefit, obviously)
But as it's likely not the case, it already be known to the CEO and it's his job to front up about it. So, Keith, do something for your money.
Here's one investor hoping that you wont have to suffer this work too much longer. Can't stop hoping for another Christmas miracle, though the playing field is not level (e.g. insider investors holding a lot, PIs having to push brokers to be able to vote, so ignorance is basically an aye, tight deadlines, etc.)
