Nearly a -40% from a few weeks ago. At this rate when/if DFS does come out EMH will need upward of +250% to regain even a moderately subdued SP levels of mid-to-end of 2023 (~.9XX). I just do not see that happening, not in this market.
In a hypothetical scenario of the DFS being be released tomorrow - I'd say the SP would move maximum by 10-20%. As per above, it won't be anywhere near +250%. Seems like 2024 is going to be an extraordinarily challenging year for EMH.
If EMH announces CR to pay DRA to finish off DFS that will be an absolutely disaster.
