I encourage shareholders to remember that just because KC is useless does not mean that the rest of Cinovec's project momentum will halt. Lithium mining is likely the most discussed and written about publication theme in the Usti/Teplice region and the decisions and progress is closely monitored by both the general population as well as the politicians/decision makers.
Personally, whilst I may be bitter towards EMH's management due to their lack of leadership and transparency, I still think that the project will proceed, now is the time, when the lithium prices recover it will be too late (for the 3rd time).
Good example of the regional awareness is the article below that summarises all the most important events associated with the year 2024 (spoiler: lithium mining decisions are very high on the regional agenda):

"The Ústí Region is awaiting a verdict on lithium mining at Cínovec in the Ore Mountains."
"Next year, lithium mining will probably be one of the most important topics in the upcoming regional and senate elections in Teplice, which will take place next fall. Mining is being prepared by the company Geomet, the majority of which is owned by Severočeské doly, a member of the ČEZ group. The deposit near Cínovce is the largest in Europe, three percent of the world's reserves are there. The final feasibility study, which will answer basic questions related to production options, will be ready by the end of this year, Deputy Chairman of the ČEZ Board of Directors Pavel Cyrani told journalists at the end of November. Mining itself could start at the turn of 2026 and 2027, provided that in the second half of 2025 Geomet has a construction permit. The investor wants to build a lithium processing factory, which is used in the production of batteries, in Újezdeček near Teplice. The local citizens are against it, they are afraid of the deterioration of the environment. In September, Prime Minister Petr Fiala (ODS) said that the government is doing everything to start lithium mining, according to him, cooperation with municipalities is essential. He perceives lithium as a strategic raw material and its extraction as essential for the restart of the Czech Republic."
