Miners suspending production is usually a good sign of having found the bottom of the price sometime earlier (i.e., fell too far). News like this and suspending new projects factored into future supply forecasts usually spook the market a bit and lead to a rebound.
I agree with Tsibis that the worst case for us in terms of FID and financing is a delay, waiting for the grants to be allocated. The mine is too strategically and politically important. Whether we'll be around to benefit is another question.
