Management holding a lot of shares can be misleading when they are mainly comprised of very cheap options and performance shares that have been issued a long time ago for little or no consideration.
Super common in small cap stocks unfortunately.
Since these share acquisitions his renumeration FAR outweighs any ‘skin in the game’ that may be perceived by retail investors when looking just at top holder reports.
Nor has any of that generous renumeration been utilised for on market purchases.
I’d argue that many of us here have more invested than KC does at this point.
