I wonder what those companies who must of done their own due diligence on EMH and I assume they too looked into the share holder agreement along with the fundimentals of the company and invested, did they take a chance??? would they of took a chance on their investment getting bought out for substancialy less than they bought in for by some dodgy agreement ,I think not, I think the agreement is tight but it is my opinion purely ,they arent stupid, the SP BOT Farrago hasnt helped the share price and Who knows Who is responsible for that, looking to get in on the very very cheap to hold a significant amount currently under the radar, I am as frustrated as you are here waiting and waiting and ermm yes bloody waiting but wait I will.
