@Chuxa: Once again, I couldn't agree more about the analysis of the agreement and the desperation regarding our investment. IF there was a (valid) agreement and IF in the event of a takeover there'd be indeed a value interpretation on the scale of Keliber, it should be the least of our worries. The emphasis is on “if” (the reference to Keliber was allegedly mentioned at the 2022 AGM). But with this secrecy, I don't trust anything anymore. It's just unbelievable that the CEO works against us like this - and gets away with it
