Yeah agreed, in the conventional sense of any other DFS: CRMA-news should not make a difference to delivery schedule, but in EMH's case: I think they will use local news/CRMA as an excuse of finalising schedule/expedited permitting (or whatever else CRMA news entail) to justify the delay.
