On one hand, you can't buy from the market if nobody is selling. There's no liquidity here, even taking a small position here would send the share price, well, to the moon.
Then, even if buying shares of the market would be possible with a small premium, why would you do that when you have the means to "arrange" a discount?
Caps always stink.
