It seems there is enough money in EU tolend out to critical raw materials projects in Europe , Finance should not bean issue for EMH and /or EUR , INF etc
We now have money ( Loans ) coming in fromEuropean Investment Bank ( And they have been mandated to do so in a big way ). They wont do any more than 50 % of a project though . Their mates ERBD (subsidiary ) have plenty too to lend out , but assuming only half of EIB 50% .Then these two new funds , but assume they will be looking for equity , may beable to provide the rest , lets hope at a much higher market cap so not toomuch dilution .

Lets say $1 bil USD needed for Cinovec

EIB lend $500 Mil
ERBD lend $250 mil
Germany Provide $100 mil
Inno Energy Provide $100 mil
Free Just fund $50 Mil

or any combination of above .
And this does not include any further EUgrants , or any Prepaid offtakes and possible equity by offtakers .

Germany Provide $100 mil

Free Just fund $50 Mil

New EU Grants $100 mil

New prepaid offtakes $50 mil

This is all but showing there may not bea cap raise via normal channels . In Either in EMH or Geomet

Going to be some very interesting times, particularly if anyone wants some shares in the world and you are not Germanyor Inno Energy . Sitting on 5 exchanges , I’d expect some stiff competition toget EMH shares around the world .
