Hey Keith, in order to prevent the guessing game on whether the DFS will actually come this quarter or ever after that, this would probably be the right time for a real CEO to come out of hiding and say something like "The DFS is on track to be delivered by x" (x preferably still being in March but honesty preferred). Now, if the situation is so that the DFS is not coming any time soon, this is also probably the time to step down and disappear forever due to losing shareholder confidence to the point of criminality.
