Who made this comment ? You or a government official ? If it was you I would like to suggest that the stance of the government was to gain control of the mining at Cinovec, which we all know, it has.
But nearly the entire project team at Geomet are EMH nominees. This proves that EMH is very much engaged in the project development. The Government has what it wanted and the recent rhetoric indicates they are happy with the arrangement. And, to be honest - how hard would be to go back on the arrangement now?

The pie is 49%. I cannot see any issues from an EU associated government now the CEZ deal was done a few years ago.
