Unfortunately the guessing game about yet another DFS delay (and implied fear with regards to the possible reasons) has begun and most investors bet on another silent miss. KC's choice to stay silent also speaks volumes, another reason why investors may look for the exit. Sadly the nature of the beast is such that evidence that sticks in court are hard to come by.
