EMH's daily average volume is ~20,000-30,000 shares. The trade sheet now has a 360k shares sitting in the top two sell lines. Chances of EMH's 'buy side' working through those sell orders before the end of March is none, especially considering that EMH is silent as it does not believe in releasing any news into the market.

Not to go into conspiracy theories (but we are about to): If a set price needs to be maintained, and it has been maintained at ~.340ish level (ever since that 4M shares order was first spotted), this newest set of 'capper' orders is meant to prevent SP to rise outside of the pre-negotiated range before the release of DFS and perhaps an announcement about an equity partner (which conveniently gets a dirt cheap entry for them on extremely favourable terms).

If the events turn out exactly as such please take a mental note that we saw this coming for about 6 months now. This got to be the oldest play in the playbook.
