Probably for the first time I disagreed @Chuxa with "The time for the DFS is now, additional delays will have destructive SP impact:
SP reacts to development based on expectations. In December even those who previously didn't believe for DFS to be delivered on time started to believe that DFS will be on time, and because it was an unexpected miss SP tanked.
This time around even optimists don't believe DFS will be delivered in March, so if it's a miss it will stink, but won't hurt badly, because "oh, well, we saw that coming attitude". Investors need to see DFS published, no empty promises will fix the current attitude towards EMH.
The lack of news is worrying still IMO.
Either there is a stop on news flow pressed on EMH by CEZ or well, simple lack of any positive development. Either way .25-.35 is the range IMO. As always DYOR.
