My money is on CEZ are sick of KC and keeping him out of the loop till they figure out if they are doing the mine or not. (and he's all tied down with NDA's)
If they are going to mine CEZ will just buy out the annoying junior partner for a pittance (I have no belief in the mythical shareholder agreement)
I'd sell if it wouldn't tank the SP and there was reasonable liquidity. So just here for the laughs now and will write it off as a bad investment eventually
