That's rather a wishful-worst-case-scenario. How about this: The price is driven down to 20 cents and then there is a deal negotiated behind closed doors that comes in the form of a 50% premium that is presented to you in your best interests and that you cannot refuse. Sounds crazy, yeah, not something I'm really expecting, but when you're designing your WCS, you should keep it in mind. There's nothing that hasn't already been seen on the stock market.
