Concerning conspiracy theories: I stick with it: if the DFS doesn't come, I assume sloppiness on the part of EMH or CEZ or both, because it would have been easy to write "H1" instead of "Q1" in December. Because it's not like you're suddenly surprised by recurring delays and caution would dictate that you set the schedule longer so as not to keep breaking announcements (!) The only other thing I can imagine is that KC begs CEZ for information and they always fob him off with new delays in the short term. But in this case he shouldn't release such announcements in the first place.
