The problem that I see with this CEZ arrangement is that if it proves to be true it has not been communicated to the shareholders who are left in the dark, and actually breaches listing compliance requirements as we have not been informed of those decisions. The other problem with that development is that it leads to value erosion as no positive or any news get reported to the market at all, thus impacting SP over time.
It is a bit shocking to see thousands of investors being held in the dark, with the key feedback that I see recurring across various forums "Call KC he'll fill you in" - that is an unacceptable way to transmit information to the market by a public listed company.
