    Seeing that EMH does not update its shareholders of the CRMA development milestones, I guess I will:

    EU Council has issued an update statement on the final approval being granted to the Critical Raw Material Act, as was formalised this March 18th.

    EU will be opening the application portal for the strategic projects to be submitted and assessed against the CRMA criteria for prioritisation of allocation of grants and permitting expedisation. The application portal should be open sometime soon.

    Hopefully the glacial progress pace of EU-based projects can pick up a bit this year as a result of the above.
