One of the risks that I do keep track of is the risk of legal dispute/arbitration between EMH and CEZ, if CEZ is not behaving in the interest of EMH and vice versa (I do not see this happening though as BOD has no backbone). Dispute liek that would effectively drain EMH of any funds and would take 2+ years to resolve, and then all SHs, lose even if EMH comes out a winner (you can't win against the Gov where your project is at, i.e. Czech Gov).

Well, in the EU you can, but not in any sensible amount of time (extra 10 years with appeals) and it would most likely be settled at a price that doesn't represent any respectable return of investment.
