Do you think the 2 appointed by EMH will object the 3 appointed by CEZ? This is only for the papers laintittle. When someone has 51% takes all the decisions and everyone else follows. Don't confuse that with the fact that CEZ appointed EMH to manage the project up to production. Personally I don't see Tesla or anyone else getting anything, especially at the beginning. If they double production, not in the papers, but actual real annual output, then maybe will be some sold to other battery factories. Otherwise I can assure you that VW can absorb it all for its own factories, not only the one in the Czech republic. If VW does a deal with CEZ for the lithium, then be sure will do it also for the remaining factories.
