What I wanted to say, the shareholder agreement somehow reads as if a takeover by CEZ is only possible after the publication of the DFS, namely if there is no agreement on the construction decision. But as a non-native speaker, this legal language is difficult to understand and it is already late anyway. Maybe one of you can take a look at it again at some point.
